What it costs
- Free tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on every order, with no minimum spend. Usually 2 to 3 working days.
- Next working day tracked delivery: £2.95.
Large items such as coffee machines may travel with another tracked courier instead of Royal Mail. Either way you get a tracking link.
When it is sent
Orders paid for by 3pm, Monday to Friday, are packed and sent the same day. Orders after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are sent the next working day. Subscription deliveries are sent on the day they are charged, or the next working day.
Where we deliver
United Kingdom addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. Some remote addresses can take a day or two longer.
Tracking
We email a tracking link when your order is sent. It is also on your order page and in your account.
If something goes wrong
If your order is late, arrives damaged or something is missing, tell us as soon as you can: Email info@coffeecabinet.co.uk or call 0330 133 1290. Goods are our responsibility until they reach you, so we will chase the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it is lost or damaged.
