About this machine
The PrimaDonna Soul is De'Longhi's connected flagship bean-to-cup. Its Bean Adapt technology sets the grind, dose and temperature to match the beans you use, so every bag tastes the way it should.
The LatteCrema system froths milk automatically for cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites, and the full-touch display makes choosing and adjusting drinks easy. With the De'Longhi Coffee Link app you can pick drinks and save your own recipes from your phone. Automatic cleaning keeps day-to-day care simple.
Is it for you?
Choose the PrimaDonna Soul if you drink a lot of milk coffees, share the machine with others and want the most automatic experience De'Longhi make. If you want two bean hoppers at a lower price, compare it with the Rivelia.
To keep it making great coffee, fit a DLSC002 water filter from day one and descale when it asks. The value pack covers your first months.
It comes with a free set of De'Longhi cappuccino glasses and free tracked delivery.

Questions
What does Bean Adapt do?
You tell the machine about your beans and it sets the grind, dose and temperature to suit them, so a new bag tastes right sooner.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything works from the touch screen. The Coffee Link app lets you choose drinks and save recipes from your phone if you want to.
What comes free with it?
A set of two De'Longhi double-walled cappuccino glasses, added to your order automatically, and free tracked delivery.
Does it take a water filter?
Yes, the De'Longhi DLSC002. Fit one from day one: it slows limescale and the coffee tastes cleaner. Change it about every two months.
Is it covered by a guarantee?
