About this product
Everything a De'Longhi bean-to-cup machine needs for the next few months, in one box: a 200ml bottle of De'Longhi EcoDecalk descaler and two genuine DLSC002 water filters.
The filters soften the water in your tank, which slows limescale and improves the taste. Each one lasts about two months. The descaler removes the scale that still builds up, and you take the filter out while you descale, then fit a fresh one.
Which machines?
The filters fit De'Longhi bean-to-cup machines with a filter in the water tank: Magnifica S, Magnifica Evo, Magnifica Start, Dinamica, Rivelia, Eletta, PrimaDonna and Maestosa. They do not fit La Specialista or Dedica. Not sure? Tell us your machine and we will show you what fits.

How to use it
- Take out the old filter and run your machine's descale programme with EcoDecalk.
- Rinse as the machine asks.
- Prepare a new filter (see the steps on the box or our filter guide) and fit it in the tank.
- Set the filter on in your machine's menu so it reminds you in two months.

Will it fit my machine?
The filters fit De'Longhi bean-to-cup machines that take a filter in the water tank: Magnifica S, Magnifica Evo, Magnifica Start, Dinamica, Rivelia, Eletta, PrimaDonna and Maestosa. They do not fit La Specialista or Dedica. The descaler suits every De'Longhi machine.
How long does the pack last?
Each filter lasts about two months, so two filters cover around four months. The 200ml EcoDecalk is enough for two descales in machines that use 100ml a time.
Should I take the filter out to descale?
Yes. Always remove the filter before descaling, then fit a fresh one afterwards. That is why the two go so well together.
What if it is not right?
Delivery is free and tracked. If it is not what you needed, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused for a refund. Email us and we will help.
