About this product
Our care kit puts everything a De'Longhi bean-to-cup machine needs in one box, matched to how hard your water is. Too little care lets limescale build up; too much descaling is wasted money and wear. The kit sends what your water needs.
What comes in it
- Soft water (up to 50 ppm): 4 DLSC002 filters, 1 EcoDecalk 200ml, 8 Trevuza microfibre cloths. Every 6 months.
- Moderately soft to moderately hard (51 to 200 ppm): the same, plus 1 SoftBalls pouch. Every 3.5 to 5 months.
- Hard water (201 to 300 ppm): the same, plus 2 SoftBalls pouches. Every 3 months.
How it works
- Find your water hardness on your water company's website, or with the strip that came with your machine.
- Choose the matching kit and how often you want it.
- Fit a new filter when your machine asks, and descale when the light comes on.
The filters fit Magnifica S, Magnifica Evo, Magnifica Start, Dinamica, Rivelia, Eletta, PrimaDonna and Maestosa. They do not fit La Specialista or Dedica.

What is in the kit?
Every kit has 4 genuine De'Longhi DLSC002 water filters, 1 EcoDecalk 200ml (two descales) and 8 Trevuza microfibre cloths. Moderately soft to moderately hard water adds one SoftBalls pouch; hard water adds two.
Which water hardness am I?
Look up your postcode on your water company's website, or use the test strip that came with your machine. Soft is up to 50 ppm, moderately soft to moderately hard 51 to 200 ppm, and hard 201 to 300 ppm.
How often should it come?
Every 6 months in soft water, every 3.5 to 5 months in moderately soft to moderately hard water, and every 3 months in hard water. Change it any time from your account if your machine asks sooner or later.
